All prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable import duties and local taxes at your destination.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

As our pieces are made to order, production begins within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please review your order carefully before placing it. Amendments to standard orders may be accommodated if requested within 12 hours; bespoke orders cannot be amended once production has commenced.

4. Payment

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, and other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments and Stripe, both of which are PCI-DSS compliant. Celeste Jewels does not store your full card details.

By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon dispatch.

However, slight variations in colour, tone, and finish may occur due to differences in monitor calibration and natural variation in gemstones. Each handcrafted piece carries subtle individuality that is inherent to the artisan process and not a defect.
